Bukan, ini bukan buatanku. Sedang baca-baca Yahoo! ngga sengaja nemu resep ini. Posting untuk Meme deh hihihi. Sepertinya oke untuk lebaran nanti ;)

Rendang memang salah satu lauk favorit di hari lebaran. Gurihnya bumbu dan lezatnya daging terasa pas sebagai lauk ketupat atau lemang di saat jamuan makan di hari lebaran. Apalagi lauk ini juga tahan lama sehingga Anda bisa jauh-jauh hari membuatnya.
